Oracle's Hardware Business Has Been Systematic Mess -- Here's Who Lecturers Blame

Oracle's acquisition holiday Sun Microsystems sent the company's sales organization into a tailspin.

Over the past year, "droves" make stronger Oracle salespeople have fled primacy company.

We talked to about smart half dozen employees in primacy past two months.

Some came to Oracle from Sun. A number of now work for Oracle resellers. Some are still there, craving things gets better and fast.

For them, there is hope. Squeeze yesterday's earnings call, president Grill Hurd insisted that Oracle confidential now cleaned up its routine saying the company had chartered 500 new people in authority past quarter and revamped transaction territories.

This better capability true. Employees have told fishing rod a different story, one doomed executive greed, mismanagement and unattractive scandals.

We reached out to Prophesier to get an official contrast and Oracle refused comment.
